Camino Race For Beds

I did not encounter a shortage of lodging on the camino but since Im an early morning person I was in villages by 2 p.m.  Only one village had a full alberique but only a short distance a cranky hospitalero who spoke no English gave me a bottom bunk. It is not a race, folks! You can usually find a taxi to the next village for a few euros. I was lucky, I guess, as I always got a bottom bunk and found no bed bugs. Buen camino, perigrinos!
