Differences Between My Camino Frances and Camino Portugues

1. Well marked vs Unmarked
2. Not as many albergues on Camino Portugues
3. Big change in temperatures from Lisbon to Santiago
4. More walking on asphalt on Camino Portugues
5. More expensive pilgrims’ meals in Portugal
6. More Quintas in Portugal, never saw any in Spain
7. Very nice and cheap residencials in Portugal but not sure about Spain
8. Met more Germans than on Camino Frances…very nice people

About Newfoundland Traveller

I'm a Newfoundlander with a love of reading, writing and travelling. I've travelled around our province and lived in four provinces of Canada. I love a good book and a good blog. My family means the world to me, and some day I hope to travel to many countries of the world with my husband and sons' families.
